Issue: Barcode or Mag Stripe reader not reading or entering data in transaction box
Possible Resolution: Make sure that your cursor is blinking in the transaction box prior to scanning or swiping a card.
If you are still having issues with your reader open Word or your Text Editor and scan or swipe a card. If data fails to display within Word or the Text Editor please open a ticket for further assistance.
