Payment, Equipment & Pricing

Will I have to pay a per-transaction fee to use Engage?

No. The only fee you pay is the monthly or annual subscription fee for unlimited access to Engage:Value for one location. There is no contract to sign, no per-swipe fees, no over-limit charges or discount fees taken. Your subscription takes care of everything.

Do I have to buy gift cards from Engage in order to use your software?

No - although we print fantastic custom card at deep discounts and ship quickly that doesn't mean we are going to force you to buy from us. We won't pout if you shop elsewhere, but check out our prices first.

Do I need special equipment to use Engage?

Nope! However, having a bar code reader or a magnetic stripe reader will speed up processing and reduce errors. Engage has equipment available on our web store for discounted prices that has been tested with our software and guaranteed to be compatible.

Can I use the equipment I already have?

In most cases, yes. Depending on the equipment and how it is configured, Engage should be able to communicate with the peripherals you already have.

Can I add stations to Engage?

Adding stations is as easy as using Engage itself. You can set up additional stations in minutes online by using the site name you selected when you first purchased Engage:Value - mycompany.engageapps.io.

Miscellaneous

Can my customers check balances?

Yes. Your customers can have access to their balances online 24/7. This feature, however, does require you to place the Online Balance Check script on your site. Consult your web developer for assistance with this process.

Is training on Engage difficult?

Engage has been designed to be easy to use. Training should take less than 5 minutes.

What happens if I need technical support?

Engage has 24/7 support should you ever need to contact us. In addition, all of our support is done by our own support staff – not a call center.
